1Syrtaki Ouzo has been a labour of love (some might say obsession) across four generations of distillers. We've got a full cast of botanicals kicking about and a pretty meticulous distillation process but the effort pays out in full. Syrtaki is smooth with a delicate fruity flavour and a seriously tasty example of what a traditional ouzo has to offer.
We recommend drinking it over ice alongside a plate of charred octopus but don’t be afraid to get creative and mix up a cocktail or two.

Cloves
Another holiday-state-of-mind spice. Cloves smell so so good and have a sweetness we just can’t pass up.
Fennel
More of a vegetable than a spice, fennel is delicately sweet with a subtle licorice taste. She hates it when you confuse her with anise.
Nutmeg
Nutmeg conjures up feelings of sitting by a roasting fire with something sweet and warm to drink. We use this to add some depth of flavour, warm spice notes and a little sophistication.
Star Anise
The prettiest seed pod at the party. It has a sweet but potent licorice-like flavour.
