Our events typically run from 6pm - 11pm, with a 1 hour bump-in if you need additional time get in touch. We can tailor timings to suit your specific requirements.

You’ll find our spirits and aperitivo in a few really great bars and a range of boutique bottle shops, please see our stockist page to find the nearest stores. But if you want to order any of our products for your lovely self, our website is the place to do this.

As we are a craft distillery that only produces small batches, sometimes our products are out of stock. You can give us your email and we’ll notify you when it's back (no gross marketing we promise). On the very rare occasion we run out before being able to fulfill your order, we’ll contact you asap and let you know what your options are (wait, refund or steal someone else's order. Jokes. Stealing is bad).

Annoyingly vague answer...depends where you live. We find shipping by our couriers take anywhere from 2-5 business days for most metro areas. But delays can happen.

For now, we’re keeping it local, Australia only. But one day, we’ll make it to the far corners of the globe (watch out, Iceland). We aim to get standard orders out the door within 2 business days. Most metro folks can expect their box of joy within 2–5 business days post-shipping, but if there’s a random delay we’ll do our best to keep things moving!

We love delivering good times, but we won't hand over the goods (or let anyone collect from the distillery) if the person on the other end isn’t quite right. That means if you’re under 18, clearly under the influence, or dodging age checks, no drinks for you.

If your delivery can’t land, say, you gave us the wrong address or the person answering the door isn’t fit for boozy duty, your order will boomerang back to us. We might give it another shot if we can tee up a proper plan, but we’re not playing courier tag all week. Help us help you: double-check your details and make sure someone suitable is ready to receive the goods!

The product’s gotta come back to us unused and in the same condition you got it no mystery dents or half-missing bottles, please. We recommend sending it via registered post (prepaid, of course) and giving it a little insurance hug, just in case the postal gremlins strike. If it turns out we’re at fault, we’ll happily cover delivery costs. To get the ball rolling, fire off an email to our friendly crew at hello@threefoxes.com.au.

We only swap things out if they’re damaged or faulty. Just show us proof of purchase and send the product back our way, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If your product turns up faulty, damaged, or not what we promised, we’ll happily sort you out with a refund, no dramas. Just send it back our way with proof of purchase. But heads up, we can’t offer refunds for fashionably late deliveries or anything arriving outside our stated delivery window.
