We know you want your Three Foxes asap. Here are the deets on how it gets from us to you.

shipping and delivery times

For now, we’re keeping it local, Australia only. But one day, we’ll make it to the far corners of the globe (watch out, Iceland). We aim to get standard orders out the door within 2 business days. Most metro folks can expect their box of joy within 2–5 business days post-shipping, but if there’s a random delay we’ll do our best to keep things moving!

DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS

We love delivering good times, but we won't hand over the goods (or let anyone collect from the distillery) if the person on the other end isn’t quite right. That means if you’re under 18, clearly under the influence, or dodging age checks, no drinks for you.

DELIVERY RETURNS AND NON COLLECTIONS

If your delivery can’t land, say, you gave us the wrong address or the person answering the door isn’t fit for boozy duty, your order will boomerang back to us. We might give it another shot if we can tee up a proper plan, but we’re not playing courier tag all week. Help us help you: double-check your details and make sure someone suitable is ready to receive the goods!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love your Three Foxes goodies, but if something’s not right, don’t stress. Here’s the lowdown on returns and refunds. If your order’s gone walkabout or arrived a bit off, flick us an email at hello@threefoxes.com.au. Once we know what’s up, we’ll jump on it and make sure a fresh replacement finds its way to you, stat.

refunds

If your product turns up faulty, damaged, or not what we promised, we’ll happily sort you out with a refund, no dramas. Just send it back our way with proof of purchase. But heads up, we can’t offer refunds for fashionably late deliveries or anything arriving outside our stated delivery window.

EXCHANGES

We only swap things out if they’re damaged or faulty. Just show us proof of purchase and send the product back our way, and we’ll take care of the rest.

returns

The product’s gotta come back to us unused and in the same condition you got it—no mystery dents or half-missing bottles, please. We recommend sending it via registered post (prepaid, of course) and giving it a little insurance hug, just in case the postal gremlins strike. cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries, just hit us up ASAP at hello@threefoxes.com.auand we’ll do our best to hit the brakes before it goes out. For customised orders we’ll do our best to accommodate a change. But if the bottles have already been labelled, the ship’s sailed, we can’t cancel once your order’s wearing its Sunday best.
